TaskVault
TaskVault automatically archives your Google Tasks, Google Keep reminders, and Calendar
events into Google Sheets — with an executive KPI dashboard, smart #tag &
@assignee parsing, and hands-free background sync every 15 minutes.
Google Tasks and Keep treat tasks as temporary scratchpads — no history, no exports, no reporting. TaskVault turns them into a permanent, searchable record.
Tasks, reminders, and meetings scattered across Google apps quietly vanish the moment they're done or deleted:
TaskVault snapshots every item into a Google Sheet you own, natively via Google Apps Script:
Archived — notes,
tags, and timestamps are never lost. From scattered tasks to a living command center in under a minute.
Open any Google Sheet and launch the TaskVault control panel from the TaskVault menu.
Click 🔄 Sync Vault Now. TaskVault builds the Dashboard and Archive tabs and imports every item.
Enable the 15-minute auto-sync and let your dashboard update itself in the background.
Everything you need on one screen. Try the Focus View filters below — they work just like the dropdown in your sheet.
| List / Project | Pending | Done | Progress Bar | % Done |

Every feature is designed to protect your task history and give you instant visibility into progress.
When a task or note is removed from Google Tasks or Keep, TaskVault marks it
Archived instead of deleting it — notes, tags, and timestamps stay forever.
Automatically extracts #tags (e.g. #marketing, #sprint1)
and @mentions (e.g. @alex) from titles and notes into filterable
columns.
A time-driven Apps Script trigger keeps your vault current hands-free. Enable or disable it with one click from the sidebar.
Compares every item against the vault and writes only what changed, with new items batch-appended for speed. Your custom edits stay safe.
Pulls primary calendar events from 14 days back to 90 days ahead, with precise start times, attendees as assignees, and past events auto-marked Completed.
Switch between Overdue, Pending, Due in 48 Hours, Completed, or All with a single dropdown. Rows are color-coded red, amber, and green instantly.
Google Keep reminders are natively linked into Google Tasks. When you set a reminder on a Keep note, Google adds it to your Tasks list with a direct link back to the note.
TaskVault detects these items, extracts the Keep URL into a clickable
Open 🔗 link, parses any #hashtags and @mentions, and
archives everything to your spreadsheet.
A clean, filterable archive with the data you actually care about. The technical Task ID is tucked away and hidden automatically.
Your tasks, notes, and meetings never leave Google's encrypted infrastructure.
All sync logic runs entirely inside Google Apps Script, bound to your own spreadsheet:

#tag and @mention extraction.Everything you need to know about TaskVault for Google Sheets.
No. TaskVault requests read-only access to Google Tasks and Google Calendar. It only reads your items and writes copies into your spreadsheet — your original tasks, reminders, and events are never changed.
Completed tasks are updated to Completed with a Completed At timestamp. If a pending task is deleted from Google Tasks or Keep, TaskVault keeps the row and marks it Archived, so its notes, tags, and history are never lost.
Google automatically links Keep reminders into Google Tasks. TaskVault reads those items,
extracts the Keep URL as a clickable link, parses #hashtags and
@mentions, and archives them alongside your regular tasks.
TaskVault syncs events from your primary Google Calendar, from 14 days in the past to 90 days ahead. Timed events keep their exact start time, all-day events show the date only, attendees become assignees, and past events are automatically marked Completed. You can turn Calendar or Tasks sync off at any time in the sidebar.
The first time you open the TaskVault sidebar, a 3-day unrestricted trial starts automatically. A countdown badge shows the days remaining. After the trial, the dashboard, archive, and filters stay free to use — only new syncs require a license.
After purchasing from Gumroad (numbrate.gumroad.com/l/taskvault), copy your license key from your receipt. In Google Sheets, open TaskVault → ⚙️ Open Sidebar, paste your key, and click 🔑 Activate License.
